Contract Hiring: Solar PV System Designer & Solar ITI Technicians (Site Survey, Installation & Commissioning – 2+ Years Exp.)

About the Engagement: We are a growing solar installation company executing residential and commercial rooftop solar projects. We are currently contracting experienced professionals on a per-project contract basis to handle system design, field execution, and commissioning. Candidates or small teams capable of handling either role (or both) are welcome to apply. Roles & Scope of Work: 1. Solar PV System Designer (Remote / Project-Based) . Perform rooftop layouts, 3D shading analysis, and system sizing using PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, or SketchUp. . Prepare complete Single Line Diagrams (SLD), DC/AC wiring layouts, and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ). . Calculate string configurations, cable sizing, and protection gear ratings to ensure compliance with local grid and safety standards. 2. Solar ITI Field Technicians / Installers (On-Site / Project-Based) . Site Survey: Rooftop measurement, shadow assessment, structural stability check, and optimal inverter/cable routing. . Installation: Module mounting structure (MMS) assembly, PV module fixing, DC/AC cabling, conduit laying, earthing pit setup, and lightning arrestor (LA) connection. . Testing & Commissioning: String voltage/current: testing, insulation resistance testing, inverter setup, grid synchronization, and final load trials. .

Requirements

. Minimum 2 years of verified hands-on experience in solar PV system design or rooftop execution. . Technicians: ITI Electrical / Wireman certificate or certified Solar PV Installer credential (e.g., Suryamitra); own standard electrical and installation tools; strict adherence to PPE and rooftop safety. . Designers: Proven track record in producing execution-ready design sets and permits. Dependable communication and commitment to project turnaround times. Terms & Payout: . Model:100% Contract Basis (Paid per project milestone / per kW). . Ongoing pipeline for consistent performers.
