Cantilevered Wooden Deck Design

I need a skilled contractor to evaluate and suggest necessary modifications on a project under construction, a cantilevered wooden deck primarily for entertainment. The deck will be situated lakeside, enhancing the view and experience. Key Requirements: - The structure must extend from an existing beam, which is 12 ft above a poured concrete footing and 5 ft wall and currently spans 14 ft. The deck has an 8 ft backspan. It is planned for a 4 ft cantilever. The beam is Prowood Truframe 2x12. - The design must account for the proximity to the water and ensure safety and stability.
