Develop Construction Finance Platform

We are looking for an experienced developer or small development team to build a working MVP that allows a construction company to upload a BOQ, automatically extract and organize the BOQ information, match individual BOQ items against a predefined cost-code structure, identify items that cannot be confidently matched, allow users to manually correct those items, establish the approved project financial baseline, track commitments and actual expenditure, manage payment requests through an approval workflow, and provide developer and contractor financial dashboards.
