What I now need is a complete resubmittal package that satisfies every point on that list and carries the appropriate professional seals. Scope of work • Update the architectural sheets: revise floor layouts, adjust elevations, and swap in the required material specifications exactly as noted by the reviewer. • Incorporate any related structural changes and provide fresh calculations that reference the current building code. • Refresh the site plan so all setbacks, utilities, and grading notes reflect the latest field conditions. • Assemble the full plan set, sign and stamp it with a local-to-me architect’s and structural engineer’s seals, ready for direct upload to the County portal. The County’s mark-ups are clear, so this is strictly a corrections-based rework rather than a ground-up design. Once the revised PDF and any native CAD/Revit files are delivered, I will handle the actual submission; your package simply needs to pass their intake without added comments.
