Senior WordPress & Elementor Developer | Potential Long-Term Monthly Contract

I'm looking for a rockstar WordPress developer to become my go-to technical partner for managing multiple client websites. I own a small boutique public relations firm that, among other things, designs and manages websites. I handle most routine content updates, but I need someone who is an expert in WordPress, Elementor, and custom coding to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, website improvements, and new website development. What I need: - Immediate cleanup of issues left by my previous developer. - Monthly website maintenance, updates, security, and monitoring. - Proactive troubleshooting and fixing problems before they become bigger issues. - Expertise in Elementor, WordPress, PHP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. - Ability to maintain and modify custom-coded websites. - Fast, efficient, and professional development of new client websites as contracts arise. - Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and doesn't need constant follow-up. - Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Reliability and responsiveness are nonnegotiable. I need someone who can work around U.S. West Coast business hours, respond quickly when problems arise, and be available when needed including afterhours and weekends. This is a long-term relationship, not a one-time project. I'm looking for a flat monthly fee covering ongoing support. Some months will be light with general maintenance work while others will be busier when building new sites or addressing urgent issues.
