Amazon Specialist for Supplement Product Growth

Amazon Growth Operator (Supplements) — Coordination & Execution Role (Trial-First, Performance-Based) About the Role: We are seeking a senior Amazon growth specialist/coordinator to own the end-to-end growth of three health supplement products on Amazon US. This is not a standard agency gig. You will act as the central operator coordinating listings, PPC, compliance, and external traffic — with full autonomy over Seller Central decisions. Scope of Work: · Own Seller Central end-to-end: listings, advertising, rankings, compliance, and account health. · Optimize listings within FDA and FTC limits for dietary supplements. · Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns with a focus on reducing ACOS while scaling volume. · Handle category approval/ungating for dietary supplements. · Launch new SKUs from zero using PPC, promotions, and external traffic. · Provide weekly reporting on CTR, CVR, ACOS, TACOS, organic rank, and review velocity.

Requirements

· 3–5 years running Amazon Seller Central with verifiable results in supplements, nutraceuticals, or consumer health. · Proof of scaling an account past $1,000,000/month (bring the numbers). · Working knowledge of FDA/FTC rules for dietary supplements. · Fluency with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, or equivalent. · No agencies. No teams. Independent operators only.

Compensation

Model (Trial-First): · Trial Period (30 days): Structured as a paid, milestone-based engagement. No upfront deposit. Payment is released only upon verified delivery of agreed milestones (e.g., account audit, listing optimization, initial PPC structure). · Post-Trial: Performance-based retainer (base + sales commission).
