Recruit Mid-Level No Freelancer Selected $15.00 – 25.00 USD per hour I need an experienced recruiter who can quickly build a strong pipeline of mid-level Virtual Assistants specialising in administrative support. The assistants will primarily handle email management and scheduling/calendar coordination for a busy executive team, so I’m counting on you to find candidates with proven organisational skills, crisp written English, and the confidence to work autonomously in a remote setting. Here’s what the assignment entails: • Craft and publish an engaging job post across appropriate channels (LinkedIn, specialised VA groups, remote-work boards, etc.). • Direct-source passive talent, review incoming applications, and screen résumés for relevant admin experience and solid remote-work references. • Conduct structured video interviews, probing specifically for expertise in inbox triage, calendar optimisation, time-zone coordination, and professional communication etiquette. • Present a shortlist of 4-6 vetted finalists, complete with résumé, interview notes, and your hiring recommendation. A successful engagement means each finalist can demonstrate at least two years of hands-on experience in both email and calendar management, stable internet and hardware for virtual work, and availability to overlap a minimum of four hours with EST business time. I’ll provide final interview slots and handle offers; you’ll keep candidates warm and informed throughout the process.
