Flutter Driver Work Records & OCR App

Flutter Driver Work Records & OCR App I am looking for an experienced Flutter developer to build an MVP mobile application for truck drivers, with a backend and a web admin panel for companies. The main purpose of the app is to digitize delivery documents (Bill of Lading / delivery notes) and automatically organize drivers’ work records and monthly registers. Main workflow: * Driver logs in using phone number or email. * Driver creates a new work record. * Driver takes a photo of a delivery document or uploads an existing image. * OCR reads the document and automatically fills the relevant fields. * Driver can review and manually correct the OCR results before submitting. * The original document image must be stored together with the work record. * Records are automatically organized into monthly registers. * Monthly registers can be submitted to the company for approval. * Company admin can approve or reject a monthly register and provide a rejection reason. Main fields include: Customer, document number, material, tare weight, net weight, gross weight, loading location, destination, driver name, date/time, company and truck number.

Requirements

* Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android. * Backend/API and database. * Web admin panel for companies. * OCR integration. * Camera and image upload. * Offline capture/support where possible. * Secure storage of document images. * Driver and company accounts. * Monthly register management. * Hebrew-first interface, with architecture that can support additional languages later. * Clean and production-ready code. * Source code and full ownership must be transferred to me.
