Monthly Band Website & FB Updates

I front a busy classic-rock band and every new booking depends on how fresh our online presence feels. Each month I’ll pass along our confirmed gig dates, the best photos from the shows, and cut-down performance clips; your job is to turn that raw material into polished updates on both our website and our Facebook page. Website • Add upcoming gig dates as event announcements that include venue, show time, ticket link (if any), and a short teaser line. • Upload 4-6 of the best photos from the previous month’s shows, plus one short video (YouTube or Vimeo embed is fine), making sure media is compressed for fast load times and properly captioned. Facebook • Create a matching event post for every new date, tagging the venue and using our approved artwork. • Schedule one fan-engagement post per week—this can be a behind-the-scenes snapshot, trivia about the songs we cover, or a poll to pick the encore. • Upload one live performance clip per month, trimmed to under two minutes, with an engaging hook in the first sentence to boost reach. Timing & Access I provide assets by the 3rd of each month. All website updates and the full slate of Facebook posts should be scheduled or live by the 7th. Admin access to both platforms will be granted in advance. Acceptance Updates are considered complete when dates match the master schedule, media displays correctly on desktop and mobile, links work, and Facebook insights confirm that posts are properly scheduled. If you’re comfortable juggling simple CMS editing, basic image/video optimisation, and social copy that sounds like a rock-n-roll stage banter, this will be a smooth, ongoing gig.
