Namibia-Based Electronics Technician Needed for IoT Device Repair & Warranty Support

About SOILO SOILO is an Indian agri-tech company developing portable soil testing devices for agricultural applications. We are expanding our products into Namibia and are looking for a reliable local electronics technician/service partner. What we need We are looking for a technician or small electronics service company based in Namibia, preferably in or around Windhoek, who can provide local repair and warranty support for our devices. Expected work includes: Electronics/device diagnostics PCB troubleshooting Component-level repair where possible Display replacement Battery/charging system replacement ESP32/electronic module troubleshooting RS485/communication troubleshooting Connector/wiring repairs Sensor-related troubleshooting Firmware/basic configuration support where applicable Warranty inspection and approved repairs How the service process will work Customer reports a problem. Local technician diagnoses the device. Technician shares diagnosis, photos/videos and serial number with SOILO. SOILO approves repair/replacement. Technician performs the approved work. Device is tested and returned to the customer. SOILO can provide technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures and replacement components when required. Preferred candidate Based in Namibia Electronics/electrical engineering background PCB troubleshooting experience Soldering and component replacement experience Experience with IoT/embedded/electronic devices Ability to handle customer-facing service Able to provide service within reasonable turnaround time Important: This is intended as a long-term service partnership, not just a one-time repair.
