Updated 2D Airbnb Floorplan

I have a JPG of my current floorplan and I need a clean, guest-friendly 2D version produced from it. The core layout stays the same, but a few tweaks are essential before I upload it to my Airbnb listing. Here’s what I need done: • Add the sleeping arrangements: one King bed, one Double bed and a Sofa bed, each clearly labelled in their respective bedrooms. • Strip out all old details that confuse guests—room dimensions, the street address, every numbered reference and the old legend must disappear. • Two irrelevant areas on the image should be completely blanked so they don’t show at all in the final plan. Please return a crisp, high-resolution PDF and JPG (and the editable source if you’re working in Illustrator, AutoCAD, or a similar tool) ready to drop straight into my listing. Consistent line weights, a neutral colour palette, and easy-to-read room labels will be the hallmarks of success.
