U.S. Representative for UK E-Commerce Company

Freelance U.S. Business Representative – E-Commerce We are a UK-owned e-commerce business expanding operations in the United States and are looking for a reliable U.S.-based freelancer to act as an authorized business representative for our U.S. company. Role The successful applicant will be authorized to represent our U.S. business for selected e-commerce platform registration and verification requirements.

Responsibilities

may include: • Completing business representative verification on approved e-commerce platforms • Providing requested identity/residency verification directly to the relevant platform • Acting as an authorized U.S. point of contact for the company • Assisting with occasional platform verification or compliance queries • Communicating promptly with our UK management team when required This is not an ownership position. The company’s existing owner will remain the beneficial owner of the business.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the United States • Must be 18+ • Must have valid U.S. identification and be able to satisfy the platform’s applicable verification requirements • Reliable and responsive • Comfortable being formally authorized to represent a U.S. company for agreed purposes • Previous e-commerce, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon or business administration experience is useful but not essential Engagement Freelance / independent contractor. This is expected to be a low-hours role, primarily involving initial setup/verification followed by occasional support as required.

Compensation

is negotiable depending on experience and the level of ongoing involvement.
