Job Interview Communication Coaching

I want to polish the way I speak in job interviews so my words carry the same weight as my résumé. My main goal is to turn nervous, rambling answers into clear, confident responses that show recruiters I am the right fit. I need an experienced interview coach who can meet me online for real-time, one-to-one mock interviews that zero in on communication skills—especially public speaking elements such as voice control, pacing, and concise storytelling. Technical or behavioural content is already familiar to me; what I lack is the confident delivery that convinces hiring managers within the first few minutes. During each session I expect immediate, actionable feedback on tone, clarity, filler words, and overall presence. Please be ready to demonstrate techniques, model strong answers, and provide exercises I can practise between meetings. Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or a similar video platform is essential because I want the experience to mimic an actual remote interview setting. Deliverables • Three or more live mock interview sessions (45–60 min each) focused on job-interview public speaking • Written feedback after every session highlighting strengths, areas to fix, and specific drills • A brief progress summary at the end outlining next steps I should follow on my own Acceptance criteria: I should finish this engagement with measurable improvement in speech clarity, reduced filler words, and a structured, confident opening pitch that fits within two minutes.
