Excel Dashboard for Construction Accounting

I need a single, well-structured Microsoft Excel workbook that lets me stay on top of my construction firm’s numbers in one place. The core sheet should record every sale, purchase, and expense while automatically allocating each entry to the correct project and client. From that same data I want to see profit-and-loss snapshots project-wise and client-wise, with GST input/liability, TDS deductions, tender fees, and EMD all flowing through automatically. On the front end, an executive dashboard has to update the moment new rows are added. I’m picturing clean interactive charts, slicers for project or client, and a set of customizable reports I can export or print for monthly meetings. Real-time data visualisation is essential; if you can achieve it with formulas, dynamic arrays, Power Query, or simple VBA, I’m open. Just keep the file lightweight and easy for my in-house team to maintain.
