The client wants to build one centralized system for their entire travel/stay business. Currently: Google/Meta Ads → Leads come in → Team contacts customers manually → Booking is confirmed manually. They want to automate this. What the new system should do Lead Management / CRM Capture leads automatically from Google Ads and Meta Ads. Store all leads in one CRM. Assign leads to team members. Track calls, follow-ups, status and conversion. Vendor Management Hotels/property owners and service providers can register. Vendors can add their properties/services, prices and availability. Admin can approve/manage vendors. Customer Website Customer can search hotels/stays. See real-time availability and pricing. Select additional services like: Airport pickup Transportation Delhi/local tours Medical assistance Other services AI Chatbot Customer can simply type something like: “I need a 2-day stay in Delhi for 3 people, airport pickup and a Delhi tour.” AI should understand the requirement, check the actual available inventory/services, and show suitable options. Booking System Customer selects stay + services. Availability is temporarily held. Customer makes payment. Booking is confirmed automatically. Vendor/operations team gets the booking details. Admin Panel Admin should be able to manage: Leads/CRM Customers Properties Vendors Services Availability Bookings Payments Cancellations/refunds Reports/analytics Notifications Automatic notifications through: WhatsApp Email SMS Website/app In one line Build a centralized platform that connects Ads → CRM → Customer → AI → Live Availability → Hotels/Services → Booking → Payment → Vendor/Operations → Notifications.
