Ecommerce Marketing Expert Required

Ecommerce Marketing Specialist – Full-Time Hours We are a growing Australian ecommerce business looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to work with us on an ongoing basis, with full-time hours available for the right person.

The role

will involve: * Creating and managing email newsletters and marketing campaigns * Planning and implementing promotions, specials and sales campaigns * Optimising our Shopify websites to improve conversions and sales * Setting up and improving email automations and customer retention campaigns * Improving product pages, collections and website content * Finding opportunities to increase average order value and repeat purchases * Reviewing marketing performance and identifying areas for improvement * Assisting with marketing across our different ecommerce brands and sales channels We are looking for someone who is proactive and commercially focused — someone who can identify opportunities, suggest ideas and implement them rather than simply waiting for instructions. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo/email marketing and ecommerce marketing is highly preferred. This will initially be a freelance/contractor position, however full-time hours and long-term ongoing work are available for the right person.
