Unused Steel Water Tower Repair Drawings

NOTE: DO NOT BID VIA BOTS WITHOUT REVIEWING THE ATTACHED DRAWINGS I have already completed a full FEM analysis and produced repair design calculations for an unused landmark water-tower tank. Your task is to take those calculations, verify that the numbers and assumptions are reflected correctly, and turn them into a concise, permit-ready drawing set. Scope • Every element identified in the calculations must appear in the drawings: roof canopy strengthening, tank-top stiffeners, leg-to-shell connections, bracing repairs, and the attached steel signs. • Show weld sizes, bolt grades and spacing, plate dimensions, gussets, and any member replacements or additions exactly as required for a contractor to fabricate and erect. • Base your detailing on the original tower drawings and the recent site measurements I will supply; no fresh structural analysis is expected beyond cross-checking the supplied figures. • All sheets must be prepared in AutoCAD (DWG) and laid out so they can be stamped for permit submission. If you prefer Robot, STAAD, or similar for quick model checks, that is fine, but the deliverable is the CAD drawing set. Must be a P.E with working knowledge AISC, ASCE, FBC 2023 etc. Timeline I need the completed drawing package—including any additional sheets you see are missing from my current index—within 5 calendar days of award. Deliverable checklist 1. General notes and legend sheet. 2. Plan, elevation, and section views locating every repair. 3. Detail call-outs with weld symbols, bolt schedules, and plate data. 4. Connection details for legs, bracing, and signage. 5. Updated revision table referencing the calculation pages.
