Hostel Digital Presence & Listings Setup

For a small, Airbnb-style guest house in Thailand, want to give it proper visibility beyond the usual OTAs. Your job is to put us on the map—literally—by creating a polished listing on Trip.com, Google Travel and at least one other comparable platform (please skip Booking.com, Agoda). The listing must be complete with photos, amenities, accurate location, room descriptions and SEO-friendly copy so potential guests can find us easily. At the same time, I need fresh social channels opened for the property on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Once the pages are live, populate them with seven engaging posts that showcase promotional offers and our best property features. Each post should include a clear call-to-book link that directs traffic back to our existing website. Because strong visuals sell stays, you may have to design a few supportive assets—think lightweight digital leaflets or square infographics—to keep the feed consistent and attractive. Use my current photo library, supplement with licensed stock if truly necessary, and deliver the editable files (PNG/PDF or Canva link are fine). Deliverables • One fully optimised Google Travel listing and Trip.com (if applicable) • Two additional live listing on a similar travel marketplace • New Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages branded to match the property • Seven ready-to-publish posts (copy, hashtags, graphics) featuring promotional offers and key features, all linking back to our site • Two to three simple leaflet/infographic designs for social sharing and optional print • Handover of account credentials, editable artwork and a short note on next-step recommendations I’m treating this as a one-off test project, but if all goes smoothly I’m open to a weekly or monthly maintenance arrangement. Knowledge of Thai is a welcome bonus, though not strictly required—clarity, creativity and timely delivery matter most.
