Remote B2B Client Acquisition Specialist — USD 10/hour for one month Sparksfran Solutions is seeking a freelance client-acquisition specialist to research ICP-fit businesses, identify decision-makers, conduct personalized outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery appointments for remote consulting services.

The role

is paid at USD 10 per approved hour, for up to 40 hours during one month. Qualified opportunities must demonstrate genuine need, service fit, decision access, budget basis, and willingness to discuss scope and commercial terms. General interest or unverified contacts do not count as qualified opportunities. For the next four weeks I will fund up to 40 remote hours at USD 10 per approved hour to fill my calendar with discovery calls for my consulting firm. The service I want in front of prospects is primarily management consulting; Premium Sales and client-acquisition consulting, with Operations and process consulting positioned as an additional strength. Scope of work You will begin with growing companies that have 51–250 employees. Deliverables • At least one discovery appointment for every four approved hours worked • Meeting notes that confirm the opportunity meets these five criteria: genuine need, clear fit for our service, access to the decision maker, basic budget confirmation, and willingness to discuss scope and commercial terms Acceptance criteria Payment is released only for hours associated with opportunities that satisfy all five qualification points above; general interest or unverified leads are excluded. I review the tracker daily and approve hours as soon as the appointment is confirmed. Tool stack is flexible: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Scrappy CRM exports, or any other ethical data source you already master are welcome as long as they keep bounce rates low and personalisation high. If you can commit to quality over volume and keep my calendar filled with the right conversations, the month-long engagement can extend into an ongoing retainer. Report via this platform.
