Web Designer Needed: HIPAA-Compliant Squarespace Site & Acuity Scheduling Setup for Laboratory

Overview: I am seeking an experienced web designer to build out a clean, modern, and formal website for a clinical pathology laboratory. We have an existing domain and an inactive Squarespace account. The primary goal is to launch a professional web presence that features seamless, HIPAA-compliant patient scheduling. Scope of Work: Page Builds & Design: Custom layout and configuration for a small site, including a Services page (detailing testing capabilities) and an About Us page (mission statement, team bios, and photos for 4 staff members). HIPAA-Compliant Scheduling Integration: Set up and embed Acuity Scheduling into the site. Must support a seamless booking flow that matches brand styling while ensuring all Protected Health Information (PHI) is safely captured within Acuity. (Note: Must be configured on an Acuity tier that supports a signed BAA). Design & Responsiveness: Clean, uncluttered layout with modern healthcare typography and a restrained color palette. Fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge). Deliverables: Fully configured and published Squarespace (or other) website. Integrated, end-to-end tested Acuity Scheduler meeting all HIPAA requirements. A brief hand-off guide (PDF or Doc) so internal staff can update copy, add services, and manage appointments moving forward. Client Support: Logo collaborator access to Squarespace/Acuity (if used) will be provided upon project kickoff.
