2D to 3D Conversion for CNC

I need a skilled Blender artist to convert my 2D SVG vectors into 3D surface meshes with appropriate texture. The final 3D meshes should be exported in STL format for CNC machining. It is a small project of a Santa face so only the hat, face and beard/moustache with appropriate textures would be required. I'd also like to watch you do the work to learn how it's done.
