À propos de l'offre

I already have all the electronic modules, batteries, and wiring for a small handheld device; what’s missing is the physical shell and the final build-out. Your job is to take my measurements and sketches, turn them into a clean, functional 3-D model, print the parts, and seat the electronics securely inside. Here’s what the finished casing must accomplish: it needs to hold and protect the boards, battery, and wiring, plus expose the required buttons, indicator LEDs, and a USB-C port without snagging or wobble. I expect the unit to feel solid in the hand, with tolerances tight enough for daily handling. The workflow I have in mind • Translate my rough dimensions and reference photos into a printable CAD design (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or comparable software are all fine). • Check clearances for the PCB stack, buttons, and port cut-outs, then send me a quick visual or screen-share for approval before printing. • Recommend an appropriate material—PLA+ is acceptable for early proofs, but I’d like the final version in something tougher such as PETG, ABS, or a nylon blend. • Print the enclosure, test-fit the electronics, make any minor tweaks, then complete the final print run. • Assemble and verify that power comes up, buttons click cleanly, and the USB-C jack seats firmly. • Ship the fully assembled prototype (or hand it off locally if you’re nearby) along with the STL/CAD files and any machining notes. Acceptance criteria 1. All electronics mounted without rattle or movement. 2. Buttons and port align within ±0.2 mm of design spec. 3. No visible layer separation or warping in the final enclosure. 4. Delivered source files match the printed revision. If this sounds straightforward and you have a reliable printer plus solid soldering or small-parts assembly skills, let’s get started—I’m ready to move quickly once the design is locked in.
