Part-Time Local Team Coordinator (Mexico or Serbia)

I’m looking for someone in Mexico or Serbia to work with me part-time. Your main responsibility will be to help me find and manage local people who can support our development work. If you are a developer or have an IT background, that’s a big plus. However, you do not need to be a developer. If you are not technical, that’s also fine — we can hire developers separately. Main responsibilities: * Find reliable and verified people who can speak English * Help with communication between our team and local people * Coordinate and manage local people effectively * Help make sure tasks and communication are handled properly The most important things are reliability, good communication, responsibility, and being comfortable working online.
