Product Business Development Assistant

I run a product-based company that is ready for its next growth phase and I need a sharp, proactive assistant to help drive our business-development efforts. Day to day you will collaborate directly with me, taking on whatever mix of activities brings the biggest impact—whether that is digging into market research to size up new segments, creating and qualifying lead lists, or reaching out to potential partners and distributors. You will gather information, distill insights into clear summaries, and keep our CRM and shared documents fully updated so nothing slips through the cracks. Strong written English, solid Excel or Google Sheets skills, and a knack for turning raw data into actionable recommendations are essential. Prior experience working with a product company will be highly valued. Success will be measured by the quality of the research you deliver, the responsiveness of new leads, and how smoothly you keep our pipeline moving.
