I’m building a two-storey home and need a full set of drawings that capture a luxury-contemporary feel—sleek lines, generous glazing and refined finishes without losing warmth. The focal point will be an open-plan living, dining and kitchen zone, so those spaces should flow seamlessly, feel spacious and be visually connected to the outdoors. Please prepare everything required for construction approval and contractor pricing: • Architectural floor plans for both levels • Detailed elevations and building sections • Interior layouts and high-quality 3D renders for the living-dining-kitchen core • Complete structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC drawings, coordinated and ready for site use Drawings can be produced in AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM software, and final files should be delivered in both editable (DWG/RVT) and PDF formats. I’ll provide site measurements and any local code references once we start; two rounds of revisions should cover tweaks after feedback.
