Full-Stack Developer for B2B2C Dropshipping Platform

Project Title: Full-Stack Developer Needed for White-Label Reseller Dropshipping Platform (B2B2C Multi-Store System) 1. Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer or Agency to build a custom B2B2C White-Label Reseller platform (similar to a multi-store dropshipping network). In this ecosystem, the Super Admin (us) uploads central products (e.g., women's clothing and 3-piece sets) along with wholesale prices and descriptions. Registered resellers get their own independent online shops via custom subdomains (resellername.yourdomain.com). When a new product is uploaded, a real-time notification is instantly triggered for all resellers. Resellers can then add their custom profit margins to the wholesale price and sell those products directly through their own sub-storefronts. 2. System Workflow Super Admin Dashboard: Upload products, images, categories, and wholesale prices. Manage reseller accounts (approve, block, or subscription control). Monitor overall orders and platform transactions. Reseller Dashboard (B2B User): Each reseller gets a unique subdomain and a dedicated control panel. View real-time notifications for newly launched products from the central inventory. Set custom retail prices by adding individual profit margins over the wholesale price. Track individual shop orders, customer lists, and profits. Real-Time Notification System: Instant alerts or pop-ups sent to active reseller dashboards immediately when the Super Admin publishes a new product. End-User Storefront (Consumer View): Customers visit the reseller's subdomain, browse products at the reseller's set retail price, and place orders. Orders are subsequently routed to the Super Admin for fulfillment and shipping. 3. Preferred Technology Stack We prefer a modern, high-performance, and scalable custom-coded solution using the following technologies (or equivalent robust stack): Backend & API: Laravel (PHP) or Node.js (Express.js / NestJS) Frontend & Storefront: React.js (for dashboards) and Next.js (for SEO-friendly and lightning-fast reseller storefronts) Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL Real-Time Updates: WebSockets (Socket.io) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Media Storage: AWS S3 or Cloudinary 4. Domain & Server Infrastructure Requirements Cloud Server / VPS: Linux Ubuntu VPS (DigitalOcean, AWS EC2, or Linode) Wildcard DNS Configuration: Setting up *.yourdomain.com pointing to the server IP to dynamically handle any user-created subdomains. Web Server & Reverse Proxy: Nginx configuration for dynamic subdomain routing. SSL Security: Certbot (Let's Encrypt) for automated wildcard SSL (*.yourdomain.com) across all sub-stores. 5. Proposal Requirements Timeline & Cost: Please include your estimated delivery timeline and cost proposal in your bid, along with examples of similar multi-tenant, SaaS, or e-commerce projects you have built. Key Deliverables Expected: Complete, clean, and well-documented source code. Database schema design and migration scripts. Server deployment on our VPS with wildcard subdomain and SSL configuration.
