Office Equipment Control Panel Design

I need a seasoned electrical design engineer to create a complete control-panel package for a piece of equipment that will operate in an office, shop, or restaurant environment. The focus is industrial-grade reliability packaged for a commercial setting. Scope • Engineer a stand-alone control panel: power distribution, protection devices, and control circuitry sized for standard single- and three-phase supplies. • Produce a single-line diagram, detailed wiring schematics, and a scaled panel layout showing DIN rail placement, breakers, contactors, and terminal blocks. • Select components that meet NEC and UL 508A guidelines and are readily available worldwide. • Provide a bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers, ratings, and short lead-time alternates. • Include safety interlocks, overload protection, and clear labeling for field technicians. Deliverables 1. Native CAD files (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar) plus PDFs. 2. BOM in spreadsheet format. 3. Brief design notes explaining calculations, standards referenced, and any assumptions. Design considerations • Cabinet must fit within a modest footprint typical of a back-of-house equipment nook. • Allow for front access maintenance; all terminations must be reachable without panel removal. • Components should operate reliably in ambient temperatures up to 40 °C with limited ventilation.
