I’m looking for a skilled editor who can give my portrait shots a clean, natural lift. The task is to improve overall image quality—balancing lighting, sharpening details, and fine-tuning colour—while keeping the subject’s face true to life. Backgrounds should be subtly blurred so the viewer’s eye goes straight to the person, never to a distracting element behind them. On the subject, please even out skin tone without plasticizing it, add gentle clarity to the eyes, and leave all facial features exactly as they are; no reshaping or heavy smoothing. I work in an Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom workflow, so layered PSDs (or an equivalent editable format) are preferred. Turnaround within a few days is ideal, but authenticity matters more than speed.
