À propos de l'offre

Two realistic video clips with the following scripts: Two American English female voices with these characteristics: Voice 1 — Advocate business casual appearance - neutral background Woman, approximately 45–55. Professional, conversational, clear, with a natural American accent. Avoid an overly polished announcer voice. Voice 2 — Mrs. Johnson - in her home Woman, approximately 70–80. Gentle, slightly slower, natural American accent. Avoid an exaggerated elderly voice. Set-Up: Split screen so we can see the Advocate and Mrs. Johnson. Scenario 1 — The Rushed Opening -The key is that the advocate should sound rushed, not nasty - have her looking away from her screen and shuffling papers. Mrs. Johnson should sound reluctant to interrupt and appear stressed. Advocate [hurried] Hi, Mrs. Johnson. Okay, I have your insurance information here. We have a lot to cover, so let's get started. Can you turn your camera on? I need to go over your denial letter. Mrs. Johnson [hesitant] Well, I'm having a little trouble with the sound, and I don't know how to turn the camera— Advocate [interrupting and sounding slightly irritated] That's okay. We don't have much time. Let's just get through the paperwork. Mrs. Johnson [uncertain] Okay, I guess. Are you sure? Advocate [hurried] Yes. Troubleshooting would take up our whole appointment time. I don't need to be able to see you for this. Scenario 2 — The Thoughtful Opening Keep exactly the same two voices, but change the emotional delivery. Advocate [warmly] Good morning, Mrs. Johnson. It's nice to speak with you today. Before we begin, can you hear me clearly? Am I speaking at a comfortable pace? Mrs. Johnson [slightly hesitant] Yes, I can hear you, but I can't seem to get my camera working. Advocate [reassuringly] That's perfectly fine. We don't need your camera for today's conversation. We can continue with audio only if that's easier for you. Mrs. Johnson [relieved] Oh, that's a relief. Advocate [calmly] Before we discuss your insurance information, I'd like to make sure you're somewhere you feel comfortable speaking privately. Then we'll go over what you'd like to accomplish today and make sure we leave enough time for your questions.
