CRM Automation Developer Needed

We are looking for an experienced CRM Automation Developer to set up and optimize our sales and lead management workflow. The work will include CRM setup/customization, lead capture and automatic assignment, sales pipeline automation, follow-up reminders, email/WhatsApp automation, status updates, reporting dashboards, and integration with external tools or APIs. The developer should be able to understand our current business process and convert it into a clean, reliable automated CRM workflow with proper testing and documentation. Experience with platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, n8n, Make.com, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks will be preferred.
