À propos de l'offre

I have a complete architectural blueprint and a clear scope of work for a retail-plus-service shop that sells, trades in and repairs tech - primarily portable electronic devices. What I now need is a skilled interior designer who can translate those technical drawings into a cohesive, minimalist concept that immediately feels welcoming and—most importantly—draws customers to our product display area. Attached is the current Scope of Work that includes an image of the floor plan and a CAD file. The floor is divided into the following sections based on the use case of each area: • Consultation table with Tiered interactive display • Private consultation booths - preferably with natural lighting • Retail floor aisles - we currently use https://wrdisplay.ca/ lockable glass cabinets but they can be tampered with - prefer a tampering solution or a different format • Large items display in lockable sliding door cabinet on the southern wall • Tech work station • Checkout, Device Intake and Testing area The floor plan is set, but I’m open to layout tweaks if they improve traffic flow around the showcases and keep the repair counter discreet yet accessible. I’d like your help selecting finishes, lighting, furniture, fixture layouts, and subtle brand accents that suit a calm, tech-forward aesthetic without crowding the room. Please keep materials practical for high-touch electronics retail, easy to clean, and cost-effective to source. Deliverables I’m expecting: • Mood or concept board that captures the overall look and colour palette • Annotated floor plan with display fixtures, signage for each area and seating called out • 3D renderings or walk-through visuals so stakeholders can approve before build-out • A concise materials and furniture schedule with local or online suppliers listed I’ll provide the CAD files, measurements, and brand guidelines the moment we start. If you work in SketchUp, Revit, or similar, that’s perfect—just supply final drawings in a format my contractor can read. Ensure the price quoted when bidding is accurate. Do not waste my time or yours, inflating the price after the bid will automatically disqualify the candidates. Show me a few examples of retail work you’ve done, outline your estimated timeline, and let’s make this space both beautiful and highly functional.
