Resolve Instagram DMCA Copyright Claims

We are Jumpers World, an international sports media company with over 700,000 followers across social media. We are looking for an experienced DMCA / Copyright Specialist or Intellectual Property Lawyer to help us resolve copyright infringement claims filed against our Instagram account. Background: Several of our Instagram videos, originally published approximately 5–6 years ago, have recently been removed following copyright complaints submitted by a company called VeRights. We have evidence showing that we received permission from the original content owners to publish these videos. Despite providing this evidence, the reporting company has refused to withdraw its claims and is demanding payments of $800–$2,000 per video. What We Need: * Review the copyright infringement claims and our existing permission documentation. * Determine whether filing DMCA counter-notifications is appropriate. * Prepare legally sound counter-notifications or appeals through Instagram/Meta. * Help us communicate with Meta and the reporting company. * Assist in restoring the removed videos and resolving the copyright strikes. * Advise us on protecting our Instagram account against further unjustified copyright complaints.
