I need a complete therapy-management solution built as a responsive web app with matching native experiences on both iOS and Android. The core of the product is a secure, role-based system that lets therapists manage their day-to-day work and keep their clients engaged. Scope of work The project covers three coordinated fronts—backend, web front-end, and mobile apps—sharing a single API and database. Key functionality • Appointment scheduling with calendar sync and automated reminders • Encrypted patient records that support file uploads, notes, and session history • Progress-tracking dashboards that visualise goals, milestones, and outcome measures Deliverables 1. Production-ready web application (desktop & tablet responsive) 2. Native iOS and Android apps submitted to their respective stores 3. Admin console for clinic owners to configure users, permissions, and service offerings 4. REST/GraphQL API with documentation and basic automated tests 5. Deployment pipeline (staging and live) plus source code in a private repository 6. Post-launch support window to fix critical issues Acceptance criteria • Smooth cross-device sign-in using OAuth or email/password • All personal data stored and transmitted according to HIPAA-grade encryption standards • 99% of critical user flows pass end-to-end tests • Apps achieve App Store and Google Play approval without required resubmissions Preferred tech stack is flexible—React or Vue for the web, Flutter or React Native for the mobile clients, and a Node.js or Django backend are all acceptable as long as performance and security targets are met.
