AI Recruitment Platform Development

I’m launching a corporate-style, AI-driven recruitment platform and need an end-to-end build that cleanly separates two web dashboards: • Candidate dashboard – must provide personalised job recommendations and real-time application-status tracking from an AI-optimised ATS. (A résumé builder is something I may add later, so please keep the architecture flexible.) • Recruiter dashboard – needs powerful candidate search & filter tools, calendar-integrated interview scheduling, and clear analytics / reporting on pipeline health, sourcing channels, time-to-hire and similar KPIs. Core features I already have in mind include an applicant-tracking system, an NLP chatbot for first-round screening and FAQs, a browsable job board, and an interview module (video or in-person scheduling). Everything should follow a clean, professional “Corporate” UI, be mobile-responsive, and support role-based access so recruiters, hiring managers and admins see only what they need. I’m happy to discuss tech stack, although familiarity with modern frameworks (React / Vue / Angular for the front end, Node / Django / Laravel or comparable on the back end) and experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive, or similar) will be important. Clean API design, secure authentication, GDPR-aware data handling and room for future feature extensions are critical acceptance points.
