Scale CPaaS Infrastructure & Reliability

### Freelance Platform Lead / DevOps & SRE Consultant — CPaaS We are looking for an experienced **Platform Lead / DevOps & SRE Consultant** to scale and production-harden our existing CPaaS platform. ### Our Stack - **Node.js + TypeScript** - **PostgreSQL** - **DigitalOcean** - WhatsApp Business API - RCS - SMS We have **3 full-stack developers**, each with ~4 years of experience. ### Key Requirement We need someone who can **take ownership of platform scalability, reliability and infrastructure** and help us achieve **10M+ messages/day**.

Responsibilities

- Audit current architecture and infrastructure - Identify performance and scalability bottlenecks - Design scalable, highly available architecture - Optimize Node.js, PostgreSQL, APIs, queues/workers and infrastructure - Implement CI/CD, monitoring, logging and alerting - Set up load/stress testing and capacity benchmarking - Establish maximum sustainable **TPS** - Improve fault tolerance, auto-scaling and disaster recovery - Conduct production-readiness and reliability assessment - Work closely with our 3 developers and guide them on platform architecture ### Expected Outcome We need **proven, measurable capacity**, including: - Maximum sustainable TPS - 10M+ messages/day capacity validation - Load/stress test results - Bottlenecks identified and resolved - Scalable production architecture - Monitoring & alerting setup - Reliability and disaster-recovery recommendations ### Must Have - Strong **DevOps + SRE + Platform Engineering** experience - Experience scaling **high-TPS / distributed systems** - Strong **Node.js + TypeScript + PostgreSQL** - Docker/Kubernetes experience - CI/CD, observability and infrastructure automation - Load/performance testing - Cloud infrastructure experience - CPaaS/messaging/SMS/WhatsApp/RCS experience preferred **Please mention in your proposal:** 1. Highest TPS you have handled 2. Highest daily traffic/message volume 3. Largest platform you have scaled 4. Your experience with Node.js + PostgreSQL at scale 5. Cloud/DevOps/SRE technologies you have worked with 6. One real example where you improved platform capacity or reliability **We need a hands-on Platform Lead who can build, test and prove the capacity—not just provide recommendations.**
