I need a single web application that lets students, teachers, and administrators sign in through one gateway yet land on their own role-specific dashboard. From those dashboards each group must be able to jump straight into its daily tasks and see only the data that matters to them. Core features to build: • Marks & grading: teachers enter marks, administrators can moderate, students view results in real time. • QR attendance: attendance is recorded when a student scans their own ID card at a scanner; the system must time-stamp, tag the correct class and prevent duplicate scans. • Printing utilities: the portal should generate ready-to-print vouchers (fees, exam slips, etc.) and ID cards for both students and teachers, complete with photos, bar/QR codes and institute branding. • Course & enrolment management: admins add new courses, manage batches and assign teachers; enrolments update automatically. • Finance tracking: authorised staff update fee payments and concessions, while students see current balances and downloadable receipts. General requirements: • Secure, role-based authentication so that cross-visibility between groups is impossible. • Responsive interface for desktop, tablet and mobile. • Clean database design to keep student, staff, course and payment records tightly linked. • Search, filter and export (CSV/PDF) for all major tables. • Clear separation between admin-level actions and teacher-level inputs to avoid accidental data changes. Deliverables: 1. Source code and database schema. 2. Deployment guide and live demo on a test server. 3. Brief user manual covering the student, teacher and admin workflows. If you already have experience with school ERPs or similar role-based portals, you’ll probably find this straightforward; lean, maintainable code is far more valuable to me than framework fashion.
