Recruit Tiktok Creators

We are looking for a motivated and experienced TikTok LIVE Creator Recruiter / Talent Scout to help grow our creator network at Reallionaire Creators. Reallionaire Creators is a growing TikTok LIVE agency focused on building a strong international network of creators, streamers, influencers, and personalities. We are now looking for someone who can actively identify, approach, recruit, and help onboard new creators into our agency.

Responsibilities

Find active and promising TikTok creators, especially creators who regularly go LIVE. Reach out to potential creators through TikTok, Instagram, email, and other relevant platforms. Introduce creators to Reallionaire Creators and explain the benefits of joining our agency. Build genuine relationships with creators instead of sending generic spam messages. Follow up with interested creators and guide them toward onboarding. Keep track of leads, conversations, follow-ups, sign-ups, and successful recruits. Work closely with our management team throughout the onboarding process. Help us continuously improve our creator recruitment strategy.

Who We Are

Looking For You should be: Comfortable using TikTok and understanding TikTok LIVE. Confident communicating with creators and influencers. Experienced in recruitment, sales, influencer outreach, talent scouting, social media, or a similar field. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Professional, friendly, persuasive, and persistent. Able to communicate clearly in English. Focused on results and long-term creator relationships. Previous experience recruiting TikTok creators, influencers, streamers, UGC creators, or social media talent is a major advantage.

Compensation

We are open to discussing a structure consisting of a base payment and/or performance-based bonuses for successfully recruited creators.
