Full-Stack Developer for Scalable Outreach Platform

Job Title: Full-Stack Developer: Cold Email System, Web Design, SEO & Email Collection Setup About the Project: We are looking for an experienced developer to help us build out the technical foundation for a scalable outreach and web platform. We need someone who can set up a reliable, high-deliverability cold email engine, integrate custom web design elements, configure multi-domain infrastructure, and establish key SEO and data collection workflows. This initial contract focuses on setting up the core platform and infrastructure. If we work well together, there is strong potential for an ongoing maintenance or retainer contract for long-term support, system health, and scaling. Key Responsibilities & Scope: • Cold Email Infrastructure & Messaging System Set up and configure main domains and subdomains (DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains) to ensure high deliverability and domain reputation protection. Integrate scalable cold emailing software or build custom sending pipelines using modern web stack/APIs. • Email Collection & Data Integration Implement lead capture forms, lead collection mechanisms, and database structures to clean, organize, and route incoming lead data safely. • Web Design & Optimization Customize or refine clean, responsive UI/UX landing pages designed to convert cold outreach traffic. • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Implement technical SEO best practices (page speed optimization, clean URL routing, structured data, mobile performance, sitemaps). Technical Skills & Stack Preferred: • Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or PHP (React, Next.js, or Vue preferred for frontend; Express, FastAPI, or Django for backend). • Email & Server Infrastructure: DNS configuration (Cloudflare, AWS Route 53, or Namecheap), SMTP configuration, SendGrid, Mailgun, or specialized outreach setups (Instantly, Smartlead). • Database & APIs: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase; RESTful API development and webhook integrations. • Web Platforms & SEO: HTML5/CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Google Search Console, Schema markup, performance audits.
