Senior Technical Interviewer Needed

I need a seasoned technical interviewer—someone with 5 + years of hands-on engineering experience—who can step in and run rigorous software-engineering interviews on my behalf. You will craft the questions, conduct the live sessions over video, probe candidates’ problem-solving approaches in real time, and deliver clear written feedback that helps me make confident hiring decisions. A typical assignment is a 60-minute interview followed by a concise assessment report outlining strengths, red-flags, and a hire/no-hire recommendation. I’ll provide a short brief on the role and any focus areas before each session, then rely on you for everything else.
