What you'll do

Import a contact list of records into our HubSpot portal (CRM Suite Professional,) — dedupe against existing contacts, map properties correctly, apply the right lifecycle stage and source. QA our existing sequence: check email steps, delays, personalisation tokens, enrolment triggers, and unenrol criteria. Flag anything that will break or look wrong on send. Check deliverability basics before we send — connected inbox, domain authentication, suppression/bounce lists, unsubscribe handling. Enrol the imported contacts and launch the sequence today, respecting daily send limits. Send a short handover note: what you imported, what you changed in the sequence, what you'd fix next. Review Duplication of the sequences and insert a custom landing page 4. You must have Demonstrable HubSpot Sales Hub + Marketing Hub + Data Hub experience — please name specific portals or projects. Hands-on with sequences, workflows, lists, and imports (not just "familiar with HubSpot"). Understanding of GDPR/lawful-basis for B2B outreach to EU and international contacts.
