Facebook-only or website-only counts as none. B: Weak website. No tap-to-call button on mobile, phone number not visible at the top, outdated or broken. C: Any website, but the call test went to voicemail or wasn't answered. Call test: Call each business once during business hours. Log whether the call was answered live, went to voicemail, rang with no answer, or hit a full voicemail box. Don't pitch anything. If someone answers, ask a simple question (e.g. "Do you service, we can see you have lots of negative reviews on Google and Trustpilot, we are providing negative review removal service?") and end the call politely. What counts as a verified lead (all must be true): The business is open and they are interested in removing their negative reviews from Google My Business and Trustpilot. The phone number reaches the business. The lead fits Type A, B, or C. It isn't a duplicate of any lead already delivered. How we'll work: Paid trial: 100 leads at a flat fee. We'll spot-check 20. If at least 16 meet the standard, we move forward. Ongoing: a fixed weekly or monthly price. Failed leads are replaced at no charge. Tools: use whatever you prefer.
