Cross-Platform Merchandiser Assistance App

I need a mobile app that helps our field merchandisers work faster, even when they have no signal. The core workflow begins with offline barcode or article-number scanning, immediate label printing, and local storage of all data. As soon as the device is back online the information must sync automatically so colleagues can pinpoint items in real time from the same app. Both iOS and Android builds are required, ideally from a shared codebase such as Flutter, React Native, or another proven cross-platform stack. An “offline-first” architecture, background sync, and camera-based barcode scanning are fundamental. Inside the app I also want lightweight admin tools: create or edit labels, grant or revoke user access, and push small configuration changes without waiting for a separate back-office portal. Access must be fully customizable—roles and permissions should be editable so I can fine-tune what each team member sees or can do.
