(12 marks) (b) Discuss why an individual might choose to participate in adventure activities and expose him/herself to ‘risk taking’? Provide at least 4 examples of possible benefits that can be derived from participating in adventure activities (8 marks) (c) Illustrate how an organisation could adopt ‘whole of organisation’ approach to risk management and the various aspects that are associated with it. (15 marks) (d) Describe in your own words what is meant by ‘sustainability for an organisation’ and explain the ‘3 Pillars’ that support an organisation’s sustainability with at least two examples of each of them (15 marks) Question 2 (Total 40 marks) In not more than 2,000 words (show word count), excluding references: Explain in your own words the Risk Management Process as per ISO31000. Describe how you would identify, analyse, and evaluate the risks involved in the organising and conduct of a 2-day 1-night outdoor camp for a group of 60 Primary 5 pupils at St John’s Island. (You are expected to identify, assess, and evaluate at least 12 different risks). (40 marks) Must have credible in-text citations and referencing according to APA Style (7th edition).
