High-Retention Faceless YouTube Editor – German Energy Channel We are building a German YouTube channel about heat pumps, heating costs and energy. We need an editor for 24 faceless videos, 8–10 min each, 2/week. Fixed total budget: €600 / €25 per completed video. This budget covers the complete agreed scope below. Please bid only if you can deliver the full scope within this budget. No later price increase due to requirements already stated here. Goal: high retention, reach and watch time, not simply attractive editing. You must understand YouTube storytelling: strong hooks, curiosity/open loops, emotional progression, pacing, relevant B-roll, animated text/graphics, sound design, music and voiceover synchronization. Visuals must support the story. 100% faceless: no presenter, talking head or AI avatar. Type A: information/reach videos with relevant stock footage, graphics and animations. Type B: real heat-pump installation stories using our real photos/drone footage. No generic stock or AI-generated images for Type B.
