Residential Plumbing Design Plans

I’m looking for a qualified MEP professional to produce a complete plumbing system design for a residential project. The scope covers everything from incoming water supply to final drainage and venting, laid out clearly so my local contractor can build straight from the drawings. Here’s what I need delivered: • Fully annotated floor plans showing cold- and hot-water runs, drainage and vent lines • Pipe sizing and fixture unit calculations that meet current residential code (IPC or local equivalent) • Isometric or riser diagrams for quick onsite reference • Fixture schedule with recommended materials and plumbing fittings • Editable CAD (AutoCAD/Revit) files plus print-ready PDFs You can count on prompt feedback from me. I’ll fund the project up front but release payment only after the final package meets the agreed specifications and passes my review.
