Compile 164k US Construction Contacts

I have a master list of 164,000 construction-related companies across the United States and I need a reliable researcher or team to enrich it with fresh, verified contact information for each firm’s primary decision-maker—the CEO or Owner. Here’s what I expect: • One clean CSV file, ready to import, containing a separate row for every company. • Mandatory columns provided in spreadsheet uploaded in project: Company Name (as provided), CEO/Owner Name, Email Address, Direct Phone Number, and Mailing Address ect. Review file before bidding. • All emails and phone numbers must be current, non-generic (no “info@” or main reception lines), and pass basic validation. • Mailing addresses should include street, city, state, and ZIP to standard USPS format. I will run random spot-checks, so accuracy is crucial; bounce rates above 5 % or obvious data scraping artifacts will require rework. If you already have access to reputable databases (Hunter, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) please mention it in your bid so I know you have the tooling to move quickly. Turnaround and batching are flexible—as long as progress is consistent, I’m happy to release milestones along the way.
