Acceptance criteria 1. Average reply time under 10 minutes during the agreed shift. 2. At least 90 % of chats end with either a confirmed order or a documented follow-up date. 3. Zero unanswered messages left in the inbox at the end of each shift. Fluent Indonesian is essential; basic English is a plus because some ingredient names appear in that language.
