Project Overview We are looking for an experienced AI automation developer or specialist to design, build and implement a complete AI-powered marketing system for our business. Our objective is to automate approximately 80–90% of our routine digital marketing activities using AI agents, intelligent workflows and marketing automation tools. We are not looking for a traditional marketing agency or someone who simply uses ChatGPT to generate social media posts. We want a fully integrated system where multiple AI agents work together to research, create, publish, monitor and optimise our digital marketing activities with minimal human involvement. This is a one-time implementation project. We do not want mandatory ongoing management fees or monthly agency retainers. Any additional technical support should be optional and charged only when requested. We understand that third-party software, AI APIs, advertising platforms and hosting may have ongoing usage costs. These must be clearly disclosed and kept as low as reasonably possible. 1. Required AI Marketing Automation A. AI Marketing Manager Develop a central AI agent responsible for coordinating the marketing workflows. D. Google Ads & Meta Ads Automation Implement AI-assisted advertising workflows capable of: - Researching advertising keywords. - Generating advertising copy and creative variations. - Identifying underperforming campaigns. - Monitoring advertising costs and conversions. - Recommending campaign improvements. - Generating advertising performance reports. Advertising expenditure and significant campaign changes must remain subject to predefined budgets and approval controls. E. Important Project Requirements One-Time Setup Fee This must be quoted as a fixed-price project covering design, development, integration, testing and implementation. No Mandatory Ongoing Fees We do not want monthly agency retainers, ongoing management contracts or compulsory maintenance packages. Any optional ongoing support must be quoted separately. Third-party platform subscriptions and API usage costs must be disclosed upfront. Full Ownership All workflows, automations, configurations, documentation and relevant project files must be transferred to us upon completion. The system must operate through accounts and infrastructure we control. Minimal Human Intervention The objective is to automate approximately 80–90% of routine marketing operations.
