Instagram Content Creation Internship

on-our Instagram channel to a creative, self-driven intern who lives and breathes social media. Your mission is simple: keep the feed fresh, the Stories interactive, and the Reels scroll-stopping. You’ll plan, design, write, and schedule everything that goes live on our Instagram account while closely reflecting our existing voice and visual style. If your ideas later translate well to Facebook or Twitter, we can explore cross-posting, but for now Instagram is the sole focus. Core deliverables • Photos with punchy, on-brand captions • Daily Stories that spark engagement (polls, Q&As, behind-the-scenes, etc.) • Weekly Reels that showcase products, culture, or trends in a visually compelling way What you’ll handle day-to-day – Brainstorm content themes with me at the start of each week – Draft captions and storyboard Reels in Google Docs or Notion for quick approval – Edit images and video using your preferred tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut—whatever gets the job done) – Schedule the final pieces via Later or Meta Creator Studio – Track basic analytics so we can double down on what works and pivot fast on what doesn’t Acceptance criteria 1. All posts published on time to the agreed content calendar. 2. Visuals match our brand colours and font guide (I’ll share these upfront). 3. Captions are free of typos, include the approved hashtags, and finish with a clear CTA. 4. Stories/Reels keep average view retention above 40 %. This is a great fit if you already run your own aesthetic Instagram page or have built feeds for small brands and want real-world, portfolio-ready results.
