Weekly Customer Contact Entry

Every week I receive a batch of PDF documents containing fresh customer contact information—names, phone numbers, email addresses and mailing details—that must be transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Your task is to extract the details accurately, standardise the formatting (proper capitalisation, consistent phone and postcode layout) and append them to my existing workbook while preserving all formulas and dropdowns already in place. Turnaround: I will share the PDFs each Friday by 14:00 GMT and need the updated Excel file returned within 48 hours so the sales team can import it on Monday morning. Accuracy is critical; typos or misplaced columns create downstream issues with our CRM import. Before sending the file back, please double-check for duplicates and ensure every compulsory cell (highlighted in yellow on the template) is filled. If you are comfortable working from PDF sources and confident with data validation tools in Excel, this should be a straightforward ongoing project.
